This is what I wore to Church on my first Sunday at home. As my sister said, it was my debut so I had to wear something more than just jeans and a shirt. When I go to Church I always feel the need to dress a little more elaborately than the other days of the week. So I will most likely go for dresses and skirts with heels.
I’ve had this floral yellow dress for a little more than two years now and this is only the second time I’m wearing it. It’s a bustier dress and because of where I was wearing it to, I chose to wear a cover-up. I bought this sweater with the dress with that exact intention.
I chose brass as the metal of choice when I was accessorizing. I bought all these accessories while I was in India. One thing I loved about shopping in India was the unique, ethnic accessories one could find.
I’m in love with these bangles. And when I was in church every time I moved my hand they jingled and made me so nostalgic for India. Oh, I miss that country and all my friends.
I wore a black necklace and ring as well as black heels. I didn’t want to go overboard with the brass.
