MONDAY STYLIST: Tangerine

I had posted about how I would style a leather skirt and leather jackets some of the things on my 2012 wishlist.
It’s spring in north India now, more like it will be summer in a few days. The temperatures are rising at an alarmingly fast rate. For the first time in four months I spent the day without socks and a sweater, the water was pleasant to touch and the nights are cool and comfortable. I haven’t felt like this since October and early November. Yay!!! One of this year’s spring colours is tangerine. I’ve mentioned more than once that I’m not a vivid follower of trends but I do like to add one or two elements as the seasons change to update my wardrobe. I love tangerine (the colour and the fruit). It’s just the right amount of brightness and won’t blind people in the dazzling sunlight.
I have a light sweater in this colour but I don’t have it with me. I left it at home when I came back to India and now I wish I hadn’t. Here are a other few items I like in this colour.
