Denim has come a long way since its inception as sturdy wear for mine workers. I am a HUGE fan, no doubt. I like that you get a variety of weights and when you think of a denim shirt dress, you wouldn’t want one made of the same heavy fabric that your trousers are made of.
This polka dot denim shirt dress has a special place in my heart. It’s the perfect weekend wear. Simple to allow you to take part in a variety of weekend activities and light enough to endure the heat in. The polka dots make give it a bit of something extra, smartening it up a bit more. I wore it with an embellished belt, gold loop earrings and turquoise flats.
