This week’s celebrity street style features some interesting detailing and style from a few older women. I like that they show that you don’t have to try so hard to look good. All you need is a bit of make-up, a good outfit and a few accessories and you are good to go.

Michelle Obama

Michelle Obama wowed yet again in a tweed Michael Kors suit at the State of the Union address this past Tuesday. I particularly loved the wide collar and exposed zip detail. Incidentally, this suit was also worn by Alicia Florick on the Good Wife.

Jeniffer Lopez

For her appearance on the Wendy Williams Show, Jennifer Lopez looked stunning dressed in all black. What struck me most is how beautiful the 45 year old mum of two looks! She’s an inspiration for sure: just because you are getting older and are a mum does not mean you have to look frumpy!

Heidi Klum

She’s a supermodel and a mum of four! I love how effortless her off-duty outfit is. Some skinny jeans a plaid shirt worn over a vest and ankle boots, simple yet chic.
